Letter of Non-Support to USDA from Andover Ambulance Service Committee
Editor's Note: If you are getting nowhere with your Med-Care representative, then write a letter to John Holden at the Maine USDA.

Dear Mr. Holden,
This letter is intended to serve as a formal notice to your office that the Town of Andover, Maine, being represented by its legislative body in town meeting on 03/15/08, has voted not to renew the Inter-local Agreement for ambulance service as provided by Northern Oxford Regional Ambulance Service, dba Med-Care.
Mr. Holden, it was made perfectly clear to Med-Care’s board of director that citizens of Andover do not support the building project proposed by Med-Care. The Med-Care board has an application for funding before you at this time. Please be advised that without the town of Andover as a participant in the Inter-local Agreement, Med-Care’s formula for servicing the debt on this proposed building has changed and may be no longer viable.
As a direct result of Andover voting down the Inter-local Agreement renewal, the citizens of Andover, in town meeting on 03/15/08, elected a committee to report back with ambulance service options for our community. Below are the names of all committee members.
Kindest Regards,
Todd Papianou, Chairman, Andover Ambulance Service Committee
