Local Legendary Downtown Business Closing

One of the longest operating businesses on Congress has closed because it can not meet Life Safety Codes. Diconzo's restaurant has closed because it has no place to put its gas tanks. In prior years the tanks were set up in a separate compartment under the same roof as the back entrance. That set up is no longer legal and there is no way for the owner to place the tanks outside and meet the requirement of being ten feet away from any door. There has been no announcement regarding the Candle Stick Lounge.
